Return Policy

We at Whit & Watt understand that your purchase at times might not be suitable and you may wish to return some items.

Returns

You can return an item for a credit or exchange if the product is returned within 7 days from purchase. Garments and products must be returned in good condition i.e. clean, tags attached in original condition. If we detect any make up, fake tan, fragrance, alterations, or damages to homewares - your items will not be accepted.

Exchanges

As a small Sunshine Coast business, we have very limited stock and sizing available. If you are wanting to exchange an item for a different size and there is no availability, we can offer you a store credit.

Sale items

Sale items are final purchase. An exchange or credit will not be offered.
