One of our most popular products, the Dorset recipe originated in Sydney, found its way to the UK, where it was borrowed and returned to Australia! Sweet, tangy and slightly spicy, the Dorset blend is a absolute crowd pleaser.

Suggestion: Drizzle vinegarette over root vegetables prior to roasting. Serve with creamy feta, Dorset Olives and walnuts.

Ingredients: Kalamata olives (61%), liquor 34% (red wine vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, salt, pepper), garlic, chilli and extra virgin oil.
